K9 R&R Pet Retreat

Where pets come to rest & relax their paws

K9 R&R Rescue Sanctuary

K9 R&R works with local rescue groups. Dogs are pulled by the rescue groups and brought to us. We provide them with that extra time to live and be cared for they wouldn't have otherwise had. They stay in our care until a foster home or adopter becomes available, which is usually only about one week. If you are interested in fostering or adopting, please contact us or the rescue group that is listed beside the dog.

All dogs below, are up to date on vaccinations, spayed or neutered, and are ready to go to their furever home! Foster/adoption application and fee apply.

If any rescue dog that has been in the care of K9 R&R returns to us for boarding services after being adopted, they will receive a discount.

Unable to foster or adopt right now? You can still help!

*We love volunteers. If you would like to volunteer your time, please call us and we can give you more information.

*Follow and share our statuses on Facebook. By doing so, the dogs will have more exposure and will have a better chance of finding their forever home! You could play an important part just by clicking "share"!

COLBY

This sweet girl is 1-2 years old, 35lbs, and full of silliness. She is very intelligent, learning new commands every day. Being very athletic, she would love to find someone who would take her for daily walks or runs. She will fetch a ball or settle down to cuddle. We suggest her potential adopter to not be a first time dog owner. We do not know her full past history, but she is dog selective and would do best in a home without young children or cats. Come visit her if you want to meet this lovely little girl!

Hugo

Hugo is one of the sweetest dogs you will ever meet. He is 11 years old, with still so much life to live. He greets everyone with such love and will follow you around like a shadow once he gets to know you. He is a gentleman with cats but would do best in a home where he is the only dog (so he can soak up your attention). He walks very nicely on leash, loves a good cuddle, and takes treats very gently. Open your heart to this senior dog- you will receive so much love in return!
